23.02.2020: We did it! The challenge was completed today. Fantastic weather helped and some nasty climbs made the legs hurt a bit. But I did better than my goals and am really pleased with the results. Many thanks for your support. A further update on the goal for the tournament will follow in the next days, but it seems that we will make it to bring all the little players to Idanha!

16.02.2020: Today's training went very well despite a bit of a cold that still bothers me a bit. 51 Km today. One week to go now!

12.02.2020: This week, unfortunately training slowed down a bit due to the fact that i cached a cold :-(. After Sunday morning's training ride (81 Km) I started to feel it coming up. However, not serious, and it will not keep us grounded too long. Vitamins, lemon tea with Honey and early to bed will do the trick. Back on the bike this weekend to start the final training runs for the event!

07.02.2020: The bike went for a full revision this week to make sure all is perfect for the event. Replaced the original wheels, was fully greased and had the groupset adjusted. Looks stunning and is ready to go!

05.02.2020: I am really happy with the support received so far! It motivates me to train even harder! Yesterday evening did a Vo2 Max interval training in my "pain cave" on my indoor trainer to boost that extra endurance. (Max Verstappen was watching me in the background :-)
